What this site is
The Benned List is an editorial publication: a curated, annually revised list of life experiences, judged with the Benned Mark. Everything on it is opinion — considered, documented, first-hand where the Founder’s Run has reached, but opinion. It is not professional travel, medical, safety or financial advice.
Your own judgement, your own risk
Many experiences on the list are physically demanding or carry inherent risk — that is rather the point of them. Assess your own fitness, get proper local guidance, buy real insurance, and check current conditions and travel advisories before booking anything. Facts on the list (seasons, prices, durations) are kept with care but change in the real world faster than any list can follow; verify before you commit money.
Bookings happen elsewhere
Benned does not sell trips. Booking links lead to third parties — official sites, operators, and in future clearly marked partners. Your contract is with them, under their terms. Where a link earns Benned a commission it is marked as sponsored; the Benned Mark is never for sale.
Intellectual property
The Benned List, the Benned Mark, the numbering (BND-001…), the texts, sketches and design are © Benned. Quote freely with attribution and a link — that is how lists become canon — but wholesale reproduction of the list or its verdicts requires permission via hello@benned.com.
Liability
The site is provided as-is. To the extent Dutch law allows, Benned is not liable for damage arising from the use of the site, reliance on its content, or anything that happens on an experience you undertake. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Changes and law
These terms may change as the site grows (member accounts and paid membership will bring their own terms before launch). Dutch law applies; disputes belong to the competent court in the Netherlands.
