Who we are
benned.com (“Benned”, “we”) publishes The Benned List and is operated from the Netherlands. For anything related to your data, contact us at hello@benned.com.
What we collect, and why
Waitlist e-mail address. When you join the Circle waitlist we store the e-mail address you give us, for one purpose: telling you when membership opens and, until then, occasional updates about the list. The legal basis is your consent, which you can withdraw at any time by replying to any e-mail or writing to hello@benned.com.
Technical data. Our hosting provider processes standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested) to serve and secure the site. We do not use advertising trackers and we do not sell data — to anyone, ever.
Who processes it for us
The site is hosted by Vercel Inc.; waitlist e-mails are sent through Resend. Both act as processors under agreements that meet GDPR requirements. We share your data with no one else, unless the law requires it.
How long we keep it
Waitlist addresses are kept until Circle launches and you decide whether to become a member, or until you ask us to remove you — whichever comes first. Server logs rotate on our host’s standard schedule.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, restrict or object to its processing, and take your data elsewhere. One e-mail to hello@benned.com is enough. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Dutch supervisory authority, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.
Changes
When the site gains new features — member accounts, payments — this policy will be updated before they launch, and the date below will change with it.
